    Why this issue happen? I have done the Scan Validator. The scan results:

    Thanks for reaching out to use.

    I understand that you are not able to create a backup and you got this error:
    EXCEPTION message: ERROR: File count in archive vs expected suggests a bad archive (62369 vs 45827).

    To resolve this issue, please try the following:

    • Make sure that you have enough space for the backup on your website’s server
    • Make sure that the directory \wp-content\backups-dup-pro has the permission 755 recursive

    If the above doesn’t work, this may be a conflict with another plugin/theme. Please deactivate all the plugins except for Duplicator Pro, activate a default WordPress theme like 2023, and try another build.
