    I am getting a 404 when I try to load the duplicator/files/log-view.php

    This looks like a permissions issue. I would contact your host to better help you pin-point the issue. You may have to look at your PHP or Apache logs… Permission issues can be difficult to iron out as every server has security settings setup differently. If you have a good hosting provider the quickest solution is to contact them and ask about the permission issues your seeing. They should be able to guide you quickly as how to adjust them. Here is a helpful section on the FAQs page that might provide you some direction:
