Firstly, could you please provide a larger screenshot that captures more of the screen? Specifically, we need to see the order notes and the header area. This additional context will help us understand the issue better.
Additionally, a system report would be invaluable. You can obtain this by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

It’s also worth mentioning that Package Tracking v2 is now available by default for every merchant operating in specific regions, which you can check here: WooCommerce PayPal Payments – Package Tracking. For merchants in these regions, it’s essentially an opt-out feature. However, Package Tracking v1, used in other regions, is an opt-in feature and not available by default to every PayPal merchant. If you haven’t connected your PayPal account through the onboarding wizard, you may need to do so to enable Package Tracking v1, or you can contact PayPal Merchant Support for assistance.
