• I’m back, sorry.

    I’ve found the invoice and packing slip options. I’ve ticked the boxes for all packing slip options. I have also ticked the ‘Attach to: New order (Admin email)’ box in the invoice section, but my “you’ve received a new order” e-mail doesn’t get either the invoice or the packing slip attached.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi!
    Packing slip attachment is not available in the free version (the Professional extension offers this), only invoices.
    Is the ‘Enable’ checkbox checked in the Documents > Invoice settings?

    I’ll look into the professional extension, thank you. The “enable” box is checked and customers get their pdf invoice attached, it just doesn’t show up on the new order e-mail I get when someone purchases an item. I assume this is what the “New order (Admin email)” is supposed to do?

    Yes. The fact that customers get the email but not you is a puzzling to me too…

    Well, we both get an e-mail: they get an email with the invoice attached, I get an email that a new order has been place but there is no attachment, even though I’m quite sure the ‘Attach to: New order (Admin email)’ box is supposed to attach the invoice to that e-mail, yes?

    Correct. I just tested this on my own install and it works here, I can’t think of any reason why it works for you with the customer email but not with the admin email ??
