Packing slip not attaching to new order e-mail

I’m back, sorry.
I’ve found the invoice and packing slip options. I’ve ticked the boxes for all packing slip options. I have also ticked the ‘Attach to: New order (Admin email)’ box in the invoice section, but my “you’ve received a new order” e-mail doesn’t get either the invoice or the packing slip attached.
What am I doing wrong?
