Packlink Pro seems not to be connected

  • Hi, I’ve installed the plugin, WordPress, WC etc. are all up to date.

    Then I’ve inserted the Api Key like described, but there doesn’t seem any connection. If I login on https://pro.packlink.com/ with my account, there is still the hint to connect my shop.

    Well, I tried some test orders, in the Backend of WC I can click “Send with Packlink”, the message “Draft is currently beeing created” but nothing happens. In the Orderdetail I can find this errors:

    Previous attempt to create a draft failed. Error: Attempt 1: Task 5932(SendDraftTask) failed due to extended inactivity period.

    I would be happy for any advice

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
