PackLink webservice request optimization

Example with the following product in my cart: https://magdala.mickael-maury.fr/produit/madeleine-gourmande-chocolat/
With delivery address: 31100 TOULOUSE.
… when I choose the “Livraison en point relais” delivery method (via Packlink), it loads but no new page appears.
It acts as if it searches all the time or everything becomes very slow when i update carrier choose.
Do you have an explanation and solution to optimize this?
Is this due to the request that is made to the PackLink web services?
