Packstation > Customer Number (Post Number)

    Hello,

    The “Packstation > Customer Number (Post Number)” field is not required at our Checkout page.

    We see that the PickupLocation class has a protected field customer_number_is_mandatory, which can be true or false.

    But we can’t find a way to change it from false (default) to true. Is there a setting on the backend or some kind of a filter?

    Hi there,

    depends on which pickup location (type) has been chosen by the customer. DHL Shops/Filialen do not need a customer number. Shipping to a Packstation will switch the field to mandatory.
