packstation & preferred location/neighbour

  • dear dhl woocommerce team,

    if a customer chooses “packstation” as delivery adresse, below in the dhl-section “preferred location/neighbour” is still visible. can this be disabled? this would make more sense, or?

    These fields are not conditional and all display at the moment. The assumption is a merchant knows not to use certain additional services with packstation etc.

    thanks for you feedback.
    the assumption a merchant knows not to use certain additional services can lead to misuse. it would be a better userexperience if the fields had conditional display.
