Padding at top of page?

    My site is up and running and checking it looks the same on all browser types was all ok aswell.

    How ever when using Internet explorer 8 it displays brilliantly. From version 7 backwards there is some padding at the top. How can I correct this and make it display without the padding for older versions of ie
