Padding or Margins in Widgets

    There seems to be about a 20 pixel margin or padding between the Widget Title and the Widget Display Box. I can’t seem to locate the right class or id in styles.css that control that spacing. I want the title box directly above the widget box, what setting must be changed in the styles.
