Page and Post SideBar Widgets

Just installed this theme and was wondering about the Widget options: Page Sidebar and Post Sidebar I place a text string there, and it is not showing anywhere… At first I thought it would be replacing the Main Widget on post and pages, which would be super nice, but unfortunately not. What am I missing?
