Page Approved Comments Not Showing

A new “Page” comment is reported, “One Response to …” but is not showing up.
The comment is “approved”.

I have viewed the forum for many similar issues but as yet no solutions.

Comments on posts show up.
Comments on this particular Page do not, https://www.cocreatorsworld.com/vision/

I have changed the Theme and the comment shows,
but wish to use the theme if possible.
If this is theme related s there a way to resolve it?

The following Settings apply:

Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks) on new articles
Allow people to post comments on new articles
Comment author must fill out name and email
Comment must be manually approved
