    The “Page Bottom” that appears when there is no Widget in that area, is there a way to simply edit this “Page Bottom” so the new Page Bottom appears on all the bottoms of pages?

    If you want to edit the sample page bottom widget, you’d do that in the file sidebar-pagebottom.php. Or you could replicate it in a text widget and make the adjustments there.
