Page Builder causing issues?

    We just had our hosting package and php upgraded, as well as WordPress, and had an SSL Certificate installed. I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing issues with the plugin and the latest WP release, so maybe that’s not the issue, but since installing the SSL Certificate and upgrading things, the Page Builder plugin is causing the site not to load. We are using the most recent version of the plugin but I’ve had to disable it as I noticed when I did, the site loaded fine. I even rolled back the plugin to the previous version but no luck; same problem. Is there some help I could receive with the plugin in this regard?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please, try seeking a working baseline. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder, does the issue persist in this state? If it does, temporarily switch from your child to the parent theme while leaving all plugins deactivated except for Page Builder deactivated, does the issue persist in this state?

    Let us know how the above test goes and we’ll take it from there.

    Thanks for this! On further digging, it looks like there are conflicts / incompatability issues with a couple of other plugins that aren’t as essential. I’ll be back if I hit any more snags but I think we can live with this lol.
