Page Builder compatibility with Yoast SEO

Its seems to happen with a lot of page builders. We have the same problem with other builder and we were looking for an answer too. We just wanted to know if it really affects google indexation (because google is unable to read the content) or it is just a bug of compatibility between this kind of plugins.
