Page Builder Stopped Working

I’ve been using Page Builder by Site Origin (and happy with it). The plug-in has stopped working, though it still appears as an option to edit WordPress pages (along with Visual and Text). When chosen, it asks me to download the program. It does not appear anymore on my plug-ins page, but when I try to download again, a message replies, “Destination folder already exists” – and won’t download (or update). I’ve deactivated all plug-ins and still get this message. I cannot find a destination folder to remove Page Builder with hope of downloading again. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any fix suggestions? Thank you.
