Page builder unresponsive

Thanks for posting!

That’s usually caused by a JS conflict from a 3rd party plugin. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route first, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin.

Hi Ben,

I deactivated all plug ins except for Page Builder. I have found the one that affected one of my pages. However even with all plug ins deactivated when I launch Page Builder it is unresponsive.

What else can I do?

I too am having this problem. When I try to edit my page with the page builder, the top and side menu’s opens but are unresponsive (Template, Content Blocks, Row Layouts, Basic Modules etc). I can not edit any of the content on the page.

My Theme and Plugins are up to date. I tried deactivating all plugins except Beaver Builder as suggested above but it does not make any difference. What could it be? The last time I editied my site there was no issue.
