Page builder wont let me edit text fields

Hi, i have page builder on a few sites but i have an issue with ONE of the sites https://www.samphirebrasserie.com/ my daughters website. Over the past few days i have edited the home page but now it wont let me change any of the text fields and every time i try and update it, it hangs for ages and then the screen goes blank. When i refresh the page, the content hasn’t changed.

I only have the problem on the home page

Any ideas what is happening?
