Page buttons below header image gone

    Hello,

    I just upgraded to version 4.0.0 of this theme (great theme, and I like the new color palette), and the buttons for each of the published pages on the site–which used to be above the page title, below the header image–are now gone. I can’t seem to find how to turn them back on. Please help, and thank you!
