    When I click on enable page caching, my site turns into numerical numbers and symbols. I do not know why. But the thing is, when the option is turned on I get a 99 on mobile speed and 100 on website but my site is filled with a white background and a bunch of symbols/

    This usually happens when an other plugin compresses the HTML.
    Do you have a plugin such as pagespeed Ninja or Far Future Expiry Header?
    They offer to compress using GZIP, which is already done by WP-Optimize. This causes a double compression, resulting in the white page with symbols.

    Do you have any such plugin?
