Page Cache failed to update the Cloudflare cache rule

    Hello,

    Above alert displays on WP dashboard. I followed your instructions “We can attempt to reset the rule automatically for you, or you could toggle the Enable Cloudflare CDN & Caching setting on and off to fix this” without success.

    Hey,

    Can you share your website url? Is caching working? What is the issue you are encountering?

    I updated super cache on a subdomain which was in maintenance. I disabled maintenance but error is still there.

    In a previous version of super cache, i could access Cloudflare General Settings (Cloudflare Domain Name, Cloudflare API Key, etc) which are not accessible anymore on 5.0.9.

    Hey,

    Do you have the plugin also installed on the main domain? Since there is a known issue where if you use it on 2 subdomains there is a conflict.

    If you want to access CF settings you can log-out.

    I have 5.0.4 installed on 1 domain and 3 subdomains but only updated one subdomain to 5.0.9 to check. Do you advise updating the main domain? I was reluctant because of this issue. Thank you

    Hi @boabo,

    Yes, ideally there should be no problem in updating the plugin on main site, but if you face any issue then you can logout your cloudflare from our plugin and connect it again and select the correct domain like this – https://vertis.d.pr/i/vui8VQ

    To solve issue

    • click disconnect
    • add cloudflare credentials again > update settings
    • select domain
    • click “fix Rule” button
