Site Health has flagged these security issues with my website:

    1. Median server response time was 636 milliseconds. It should be less than the recommended 600 milliseconds threshold.
    2. No client caching response headers were detected.
    3. A page cache plugin was detected.

I am using the community edition of W3 Total Cache.

Please tell me what to do to fix these problems. Thanks.

    Hello @lookiz

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
After checking your website, on thing that I emadiately noticed is the ?v=fa868488740a query string added to the URL

If you are using the Disk: Enhanced caching method for Page Caching, please note that this caching method is not caching query strings. I would assume that this is part of the Geolocation for your e-commerce website, so this is used to bypass the cache and allow users from different countries to get different information on the website. Please let me know if this is a correct assumption.

    Thanks!

ok I disabled the query string from my urls and use memcached for storage, but the problem persists.
