• Dear Support,

According to Super Page Cache Test, my site is not behind Cloudflare. Is there another way to verify if cloudflare caching is working?

Page caching seems not working for both dynamic and static pages.

Error on dynamic page (https://vivki.com.au): Seem that your website is not behind Cloudflare.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
First of all looking at the response header of your website it is clear that your website is not using Cloudflare proxy. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/scTdJbH.jpeg

Moreover, looking at the nameserver of your domain (screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/KIMgmua.jpeg) I can see it is pointing to siteground nameserver and not Cloudflare nameserver.

In order to use this plugin, you need create your own Cloudflare account, transfer your domain to Cloudflare and then user your account’s API to set things up. Check the videos below for more information:

Thank you so much for your response. About an hour after connecting to CloudFlare, my site became inaccessible. I reverted to SiteGround servers to recover access to my site. I may try again tomorrow, but it is not nice when your site disappears due to NS propagation issues.

    Hi @vivkiaustralia,
Generally, that does not happen if there is no error at the DNS settings. Please double check your DNS settings to ensure everything is perfect.
