Page caching not working for both dynamic and static pages

Hi there. We’ve been using your great plugin on our staging and now on our live site. It’s been working well on our staging site with the “Test Cache” passing but now that we’ve moved to the live site at the included URL, the “Test Cache” fails every time. From what I can see we’re using identical settings on both the staging and the live site in the Super Page Cache plugin and in the Plesk Control Panel. Can you please have a look and see if you can spot anything that might be the cause of the test failing on our live site please?

I’ve gone through many posts on this forum that had a similar problem and, as far as I can tell, we’re doing everything correctly.
