    Great plugin!

I’ve been using ver. 1.12.1 and it works perfectly. Upon upgrading to 1.13.0, all changes to my pages will not save/update. When I revert this plugin to 1.12.1, all changes do save. I’ve checked for plugin conflicts and reset to the default WordPress theme – those do not solve the issue.

This error appears in the browser console on page save. I’ve truncated the error to the first 3 lines.

    TypeError: window.tinymce is undefined
    e /wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/base/inc/fields/js/tinymce-field.min.js:1:1077
    <anonymous> /wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/base/inc/fields/js/tinymce-field.min.js:1:2001

Also, this warning appears in the debug log on page save.

PHP Notice: Undefined index: post_id in /wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/inc/admin.php on line 996

When I revert to 1.12.1, this console error and debug log warning disappear.

    Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

If you don’t mind upgrading again, please, could you confirm the plugin conflict test was done with all plugins deactivated except for those authored by SiteOrigin?

Recently, we’ve seen problems arise that require the clearing of both caching and optimization plugins. Did you have a chance to seek out all possible caching locations?

Alternatively, if you’d like us to login and take a look, please post on our forum here: https://siteorigin.com/thread/

    Thanks again.

Thank you for your prompt response, Andrew.

Yes, the plugin conflict test was done with all plugins deactivated except for the SiteOrigin plugins. I do not use cache plugins (Cache Enabler is installed but not activated). I’ve disabled all server side cache. I also cleared my browser cache. WP Optimize is installed but I disabled it as part of my conflict test.

    Any suggestions? Thanks again

Thanks. If the optimization plugin was definitely cleared before deactivating, please open a support topic on our forums so we can request login details.
