Page collapses when activated

    Hi,

    I don’t know what happened with this plugin, but when I activate it, the page shrinks on the left and right sides and becomes like this

    Am I doing something wrong? It used to work just fine in the past. I use the latest version of Woocommerce and WordPress.

    Please help

    Welcome to our support channel for Decent comments addon.

    I have just tried using your active theme Alpha Store in my test installation, but I’m afraid the output in the front-end doesn’t seem to be affected by Decent comments. I have added a screenshot for that purpose here:

    What you can do is check for any custom CSS that might be affecting the output and perhaps even install and activate “Health Check” plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
    Then on its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This mode allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a standard WordPress theme, all of which without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

    Thank your for your swift response dear gtsiokos. I have started using a similar plugin but I have noted your solution to be tested. Also thanks for your suggestion of “Health Check” plugin, which I may need later on.
