Page created for Popular Posts Scrolls painfully slow

This issue is definitely not being caused by WordPress Popular Posts. The plugin doesn’t interfere with the browser’s scrollbar nor with any other elements on the page at all.

As a suggestion, try using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode to see if this is being caused by a third-party plugin or maybe by the theme itself.
