I have an Elementor ‘Media Carousel’ widget on the page. However, upon activating w3 total cache, the images become wrongly sized and the slider autopay stop working. I have tried disabling ‘minify’ and purging cache both locally and CDN (using CloudFront) but none have worked so far. Are there any ways of solving this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @ivanwong201127

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
I’ve checked your website and I am not seeing the issue you are describing. The Elementor ‘Media Carousel’ widget is working fine, no images are resized and the “autoplay” also works fine.
I can see that W3CT is activated with minify enabled.
Are you still experiencing the issue?
    Thanks!

Yes. On some pages, the ‘stretch section’ won’t work and there will be a gap on the two sides of the banner. Also, at many times, after I updated the back-end at Elementor, the change never show up on the front-end even though I purged the cache and enabled “don’t cache page for logged-in user”. This has been really frustrating for me. Any way to deal with the caching issue? I’m not sure whether this is an issue with the caching or minify.

The problem still persists even though I have disabled minify for logged in users.

    Hello @ivanwong201127

Please shares the page you are having the issue with. Please share the screenshot of the issue you are experiencing.
I’ve tested the behavior on one of my instances with the elementor. I failed to reproduce this as every change I make is visible.
As you are also using CDN some styling changes might not be visible if you don’t purge/invalidate the file on the CDN. SO for example if you make some changes in styling, and the minified file is served from the CDN, and if the file is not purged it will still show the old version. Also, I can see that you are using the option “Prevent caching of objects after settings change” which means that the query string is added to your minified CSS/JS files. Make sure to update media query string in Performance>Minify so the changes in the styling are visible.
    Thanks!
