Page data not found

Hi,
I have a couple of concerns and I would really appreciate any help of this.

I have a fresh prod site, installed and activated the plugin, created a new social link page but when I go to my homepage(not the social page) I am getting the error message below. I am still able to access all settings as an admin but not my homepage anymore. Also, I can set the page link I created as Site Address (URL) but I am not redirected into it. If I uninstall the plugin, everything looks good.

Eg. prodsite.com is still not redirected into prodsite.com/social because of the error below.

One last concern, if the above get fixed, is there a way to set the my social link as homepage without having the post name on it?
E.g. prodsite.com/social will be redirected into prodsite.com

PS: I don’t encounter this on my dev site.
