    Never mind. I’ve uninstalled Visual Composer and gone back to using Gutenberg. Don’t have the same issue with Gutenberg.

    Hi,

    From the screenshots, it looks like an issue with some files not being loaded depending upon login state. In most cases this might be related to cache.

    The cache had been cleared on both the browser and the server. I highly doubt it was cache. That was the very first thing I looked at. I uninstalled Visual Composer anyway. As soon as I uninstalled it, everything was fine.

    If you still are keen to find out what was the issue check this:

    From the screenshot, it appears that you have a custom theme. Visual Composer relies on the theme to load css and javascript. So if a theme doesn’t have wp_head(); wp_footer() function calls then those styles/js are not loaded.
