Page does not display when edit is selected.

I attempted to move the website from a subdomain to the main domain. It did not work. So, I went back and changed things back. The things I did where copy the Index.php and .htaccess files to the main domain, and change the names of the previous files. Now, the Home page is not formatted correctly. When I try to edit it the page does not appear to edit, none of the pages appear in edit.
