    Hi Mike:

Listly has a responsive design. If your WordPress template has restricted the post width to something specific, then Listly embed will be restricted to within those boundaries. If you change your template so that the post can take the whole width, Listly will resize to fill the whole width.

Some of the options in the embeds such as show_author are premium. We mention the premium features when you preview the embed code. Having said that, you can also make three of your lists premium for free. See how here:

    https://support.list.ly/kb/making-editing-lists/get-three-free-premium-lists-for-free

This might actually change soon on Listly – we plan to automatically make first three lists premium without the user having to choose them.

    Hi Listly,

    Thank you for your reply.

When I Set the mode on “Magazine” it displays a nice overview. Is there a way to set this standard to Magazine? When I edit my list it already says it’s on “Magazine” but when I try opening the page in another browser the default display is list

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Assuming you are looking at the layout in an embed:

The layout you pick inside List Edit sets the layout for the list on the list.ly website. The embeds have their own setting for the layout which is part of the embed code. This is so that different embeds of the same list can have different layouts.

To switch the layout for the embeds, update the embed code in the post.

Can you share the page with us so we can see exactly what you are seeing?
