Looks to me like its all working correctly, have you been able to resolve this? The scaling of the composition depends on the parent (div wrapper, content div or whatever) that you put the composition in.

I would like it if the div container for the post would recognize the size of the animation. I can’t seem to get the theme to recognize the canvas.

It looks ok on mobile, but on desktop the footer of the page is under the animation. I’m cautious to add more content until I can figure out how to get the rest of the page to recognize that the animation.

    Hi Phiam,

I took a look at the links you posted above. I have a bunch of questions about your composition:

    What are your stage dimensions?
Also, are you using Responsive Scaling and/or Centering?
If so, horizontally, vertically, or both?
Have set a Max Width or Max height?

    Thanks,

Thanks for looking into this. Maybe I’ve made a noob mistake.

    960 x 420

    min 420
    max 960

    Center stage checked
    Horizontal
    Responsive Scaling checked
    Width

    i’m also curious…
    ik have the same problem.

    the animation works…

but our programmers have build a overview,.and i think this ain’t working because of this problem… ;-(

    my settings are

    w 960
h 500 (tried it with chain on and off)

    min W: 0
Max W: none (can’t change that)

    Overflow: hidden
    Autoplay: Check

    center stage = off

responsive scalling = on, tried it with width and both

    Hi Phiam,

    Are you still having problems?
I checked the two links you posted an I see each of the animations.

    Thanks,
    ~PacWeb

    Hi wverveer,

    Are you still having problems?

To set a Max W, you have to click on it and when the little window pops up, click on on the checkmark and None. That actually turns it off. It is not very intuitive.

    Thanks,
    ~PacWeb
