Page Doesn’t Scroll Correctly

    I have adjusted the qwilm-03 template and added a header. It was designed with a small sidebar on the left with a small menu bar that stays in place. I have adjusted the template and added a banner across the top with my site information. However, I don’t know how to deactivate the buttons and banner from being stable.

    Can anyone help me?

    If anyone can help, I am also having difficulty with keeping the sections aligned. If you pull up my blog and adjust the size of your window smaller, the page.php, sidebars.php and footer.php will move down below the header.php.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.
