Page Doesnt submit or redirect- but i get the email with pdf

  • after the upgrade i get an error when i go to the settings admin page
    Warning: iconv(): Wrong encoding, conversion from “utf-8” to “UTF-8//TRANSLIT” is not allowed in?/var/www/wp-content/plugins/send-pdf-for-contact-form-7/mpdf/vendor/mpdf/mpdf/src/Mpdf.php?on line?13133

    and when i submit the form i get the email with the pdf attachment but the form never submits, it just has the spinner paused and never redirects or seems to not finish processing.
