Page Edit Screen blank

  • I tried to make change on one of the page, but when I clicked to page and edit, it would only brought me to a total blank screen, no message, no error code, absolutely nothing at all.

    I checked the website and it looks working just fine.

    I tried all the suggestions that People with similar problems.
    1. deactivated all plug in, not working
    2. changed theme, not working
    3. installed the health check and was advised to remove extra theme and plugin not used, which I deleted few.

    Nothing seems to be working, any help would greatly appreciated.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Troubleshooting with your browser: Your browser can help you identify JavaScript issues or conflicts and this article can assist you in doing that diagnosis. This could help identify Visual Editor issues as well.
