• We use 3 pop-up links behind each play button to show the video of the 3 persons inside a pop-up.

That causes following issue: several animated elements (headlines, images, buttons, etc.) on scrolling are not shown in approx. 8 of 10 times after loading the page. But resizing the browser window help showing all elements correctly.

We don’t think that it is a cache problem, because after deactivating the pop-up plugin temporary the page works without any problems.

If there is no solution for this bug, we unfortunately have to delete the plugin again and uses another one. Hope therefor for your support!

    Kind regards

    Dear @fonlos,

    Thank you for your topic.

I wanted to inform you that we have forwarded your request to our development team for further review.
They are currently investigating the case, and we will be sure to update you as soon as we have more information.

Additionally, could you please let us know if you are using a JavaScript optimization plugin?
If so, have you tried disabling it to see if that resolves the issue?

Thank you for your patience as we work on this.

    Dear @fonlos,

    Thank you for your reply.

Our development team has checked the issue and confirmed that there is no problem related to our plugin, as the popups are functioning correctly.

However, during our check, we noticed that the issue you mentioned is coming from the following script:

    rental/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/lib/vendor/node_modules/animate.css/animate.min.css

We found that if we disable this script in the browser’s network, the issue resolves, and everything starts working normally.

You can see this in the video we’ve provided.

We recommend that you try this on your own to confirm if this is indeed the cause of the issue.

Additionally, we suggest reaching out to the support team of the JS Composer plugin to report the issue and see what solution they can provide.

Let us know if you have more questions.

    Thank you.
