Page Featured Image captions do not display

    My background is in simple HTML; I’m quite new to WordPress and CSS.

    My caption fields are filled in for each image associated with an individual page. I can see that there is code in the style.css that addresses captions, however none of my featured images display their captions.

    I cannot find any customization setting that accounts for this, and I’d really like to resolve it. Image context and photo credit are important.
