Page Format Changed

After I updated to 3.8 the addresses that I have listed on a page are now running together in paragraph format. The page is a list of Family History Center addresses with name, address, city state and zip, phone number, etc. on separate lines, with a blank line between each address. It shows up correctly on the editing page but not on a live page.
