page freezes after carousel

    Hi, I have experienced an issue with a website of one of my clients when using “Internet Explorer”: I have Jetpack installed and I’m using the tiled gallery feature. When I click on a picture it opens up the carousel full width and I can browse all the images but as soon as I close the carousel, the page underneath with the gallery freezes and it won’t move up or down anymore. This issue is only present when using Internet explorer, and only with UDesign theme (I have several sites online using also different themes and I don’t have this particular issue). I “solved” disabling carousel and installing “simple lightbox” but I just wanted to let you guys know about this issue that involves one of the most downloaded plugins, one most (mistery) used browser, and one big selling theme as U-Design. I contacted the theme assistance but they don’t know how to handle this particular situation, so if I can help with tests to solve this bug just drop me a line. ?? cheers

    Could you post a link to one of your galleries, so I can have a look? It would also help if you could let me know what version of Internet Explorer you’re using, so I can run some tests.

    Hi Jeremy, I installed another lightbox plugin to “solve” the situation so the Jetpack masonry is disabled at the moment. If I will experience something in another website I will contact you back, let’s say I’m good now ?? Thanx a lot for your answer. Have a good day
