Page full of ads

Hi,
Every time I log into my WordPress and open any item I want to work on rather it be Media tab to add photos, or Pages to add a new page, etc., the top part of every page is full of sale ads, or update information. Is there a way to stop or prevent this from happening? It’s getting so bad I have to scroll half way down the page to get to where I need to be. Please see an attached photo as an example of what I’m dealing with.

The current rage among plugin authors is to put up ads on admin pages. Some have a “don’t show again for 12 months” button. I can live with that. If the ads really bother you and dismissing them doesn’t make them go away for some time, I suggest leaving a review of the plugin, noting that you’d rate the plugin higher if not for the ad.
And, as t-p notes, you’ve been hacked.
