Unfortunately QM isn’t too well suited to profiling third party code unless you are able to insert calls to its profiling hooks in the right place (https://querymonitor.com/blog/2018/07/profiling-and-logging/). I suspect you’ll find the EFS library you’re using uses Guzzle instead of the WordPress HTTP API which means its connections are invisible to QM.

I recommend XHProf (or rather, the Tideways fork) for low level profiling of things that QM can’t expose: https://github.com/johnbillion/query-monitor/blob/develop/README.md

I tested a vanilla install of WordPress and loads very fast. Turns out it was “WP Forms” causing the slow down, all other plugins checked out great. Thanks again

Actually, it was Yoast SEO causing the slow down. I reached out to them to see if they can help find a viable solution for the slowdown.
