    I updated our site from the old “Ultimate Tinymce” plugin to the “WP Edit” this week because of this problem, and unfortunately the new plugin is doing the same thing.

    When we use WP Edit on a page, the next time we need to edit a page, it is completely blank in the WYSIWYG editor. By blank, I mean, there’s nothing there to edit.

    When we turn the plugin off, the page is suddenly editable again.

    We would love to use this plugin. Please let me know how to resolve this.

    1) Try manually emptying and clearing your browser cache.
    2) Try a different browser.. just for comparison.

    This sounds like a javascript conflict. Manually clearing your browser should take care of things.

    I tried emptying the browser cache on both Chrome and Firefox, but it didn’t resolve the issue in either case.

    Other ideas?

    Hmm…

    We are going to have to start at the beginning. If you can please;

    1) Switch to 2014 theme.
    2) Deactivate all plugins.
    3) Manually clear browser cache.
    4) Activate WP Edit.

    Now… what happens when you go to create a post/page? If possible, can you include a screenshot of the post/page editor at this point?

    Just checking back to see if you ever came back to this.

    Thanks.
