Page Headings

Are we able to remove or change the page headings that automatically appear on pages? For example, my home page has a heading that says “Home,” but it’s not text that I added–that’s just the name of the page and it’s showing up as a heading above my text. In your Talon demo, your home page shows a heading of “Who We Are” but “home” shows up on the menu bar. If I change the name of my home page, whatever I call the page shows up as both a heading on the page and in the menu bar.

Also, I have a handful of questions for you that have to do with cosmetics–should I ask them all separately? I love the theme, by the way.
