Page hierarchy not being updated after moving pages around

I’m using both the Widget Options and Nested Pages plugins. I needed to do some reorganization of pages on the site I’m working on which involved moving a group of pages out from under a parent page. After doing this, Widget Options isn’t recognizing the new page hierarchy under Hide/Show > Post Types. Instead, it’s listing all the pages I moved at the bottom as individual pages like they’re all under the root directory, which isn’t the case. I tried a number of things, but it won’t update properly.

Anyone ever experienced this or have any ideas about how to fix it?
