Page I go to with button has been replaced by Hello World page

  • My WordPress site consists of a front page and a second page reached by clicking on a button on the front page. This was working fine. But now my second page isn’t showing when I click on the button. Instead a page with “Hello World” on it is appearing when I click on the button on the front page. This screen has a pink circle at the top with “Aug 16 2016” in it and below that it says “Hello World” and below that “PROJECTTODAY Uncategorized This is your first post. Edit or delete it, then start writing”.

    This occurred after I made a simple change to the second page which I have since backed out. That didn’t help. The second page still displays in the dashboard. The code in the button on the first page to go to the second page is:

    [themify_button style="large green" link="https://cronapacific.com/download/"]Download Free Trial Now[/themify_button]

    This was never changed. How can I get my second page back?

    It turns out the problem is with the page that doesn’t display. If I view this page I get this same Hello World/post page instead of the actual page. So it has nothing to do with the link from the other page. I still have no idea why this happened, though. I got around it by recreating the page.
