Page in nav menu, will not show up in dashboard

  • So I have a site I have been working on for a while now (mainly working to understand wordpress enough to make the idea a reality.
    The site is blueoutpost.com

    The problem is the ‘My Profile’ link in the top nav menu. It will not show up in pages, ergo I cannot remove this page/link. The page was created a few days ago by me, before I decided to change how I did things. I created a new page, called it ‘My Profile’ (duh!) and the only content of the page was a hyperlink to wp-admin/profile.php and now I cannot delete the page or link. Help?
