    Hello @startechmarketing,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Please note that Google can discover the URLs from internal linking or backlinks. They also keep crawling the old URLs they found before and if they no longer exist, Google will report 404 errors in your GSC account. However, this isn’t something to be worried about. Since the URLs return a 404 error, Google will eventually stop crawling them.

You can check your sitemap and if you see the non-existing URLs in it, please follow these steps:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

After that, remove your sitemap from your Google search console and resubmit only the primary sitemap (/sitemap_index.xml).

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
