Page inheritance

Hi,

I need to make site that would have pages with parts of the text identical.

For example, I will have page for traffic in London, and for buses in London, trains in London…

What I need to do is somehow to have initial text written for “Traffic in London” page and then mark “Buses in London” page to be child of “Traffic in London” page, so it can show some text from there.

I’m new to WordPress, so I basically need an advice what to investigate. Is it custom taxonomies, category templates, Custom Post Types Relationships or some copmletely new plugin/concept?

I’m using WP 3.0 but I can use newer version if needed.
