Page is getting translated to default language when add a query string to the ur

hi,
i have a problem.i translated my page to simplified chinese and i redirected to another page..there i have a text box which has an onfocusout jquery function.in that function i made a query to change the url part to another with some querystring..then what happend is when the page loaded with the querystring.the page is getting translated to default language(english).can anyone help me on this?
